picked the bomber up today looks nice and orginal hub date 82 got thechrome mudguards needs a bit of work \think most ov the chrome will polish up surprised how many chopper +grifter parts it has   |

yeah its a bit bent ,there the same as chopper calipers arent they ? got a few spare calipers . did the mudguards come with some new models or like an extra ! i like the cable clips on the down tube bit diffrent . is the chain guard same as a grifter one ? last question did they come with a stand ? fallin in love with it already pic makes it look worse then it is goin strip it all down ,spend some time on it  ;D |

Mudguards were an accessory as is a stand. Calipers are generic Raleigh wide rim. Depending on what model you have, the chainguard is either grifter or burner type. If ya wanna sell the mudguards I have a bike that needs a pair  |

sorry i like the mudguards the chromes very good might sell the whole bike after ive cleaned it up but its growin on me  |

no ,only sat on it.feels very comfy
the way is goin might do a full resto on it
had a go at one of the rims ,its come up very good
the tyres look orginal ,but are discoloured badly
can you still get tyres ?
the bars are pitted quite bad ,still shiney

Black snake bellies are so rare, I've never seen a new set on ebay. I run either old originals, white walls or I have found some tan wall tyres that look okay when fitted. Keep us up dated bud  These are the tyres fitted |

I don't know if that is a optical illusion but the left crank looks a good bit longer than the right - that would make riding interesting !! |

i didnt evan notice started stripping at front end the chain wheel crank is 6 1/2 the other is 7 1/2 i guess it should be 6 1/2? 6 1/2 is the same as a chopper and grifter think i have one spare also after a pedal for it !  ;D |

Bomber cranks are a bit longer than grifter ones, only by half inch or so. I'll have a pair of rat traps here for that I expect |
