So I found a Raleigh LTD 3 frame and want to replace the bottom bracket for a more modern sealed bottom bracket. Can anyone guide me to the right direction any info would be greatly appreciated. I purchased one online and it would screw up a bit but then would be so tight I couldn't see it going in all the way without causing damage to the threads. Again thank you
