Vintage Raleigh

I have got this vintage raleigh from my grandfather and would like to restore it as close to the original as possible. However I cannot determine exactly its age and model. It resembles the Roadster tourist DL-1 model with 28'' wheels but I am not sure. Can anybody please help?
