I'd like any help that is available to try to identify a frame I'm building up for myself. The 25.5" frame is badged 531C but is a respray so it could be a fanciful addition. Frame ID across the bottom bracket is very clear WA5001093 - which I take to be Worksop, January and 1975. I'm puzzled when I look at 1975 catalogue pictures though. On my frame the rear brake cable is supported across the crossbar top by three sleeves where all the pictures I see of 1975 frame are bare cables below the crossbar - I'm confused (easily done!!).
So can any kind person shed any light on what the frame's origin is please.
