Hi there everyone I'm a newbie. last week I found my old bomber from when I was a kid. The chrome is shot. I thought my grandad had got rid when I came off it trying to jump over three 45 gallon drums on a bit of waste land near my house unfortunately I hit the last barrel quite hard went over the bars and skid along the floor on my face loosing a tooth in the process I remember pushing the bike home with bent forks and a very bruised ego. My grandad moved into a home last week and clearing out the loft I found my old beast. When I saw it laying there like a dead dragon I remembered my mighty crash and I swear my face started tingling where I used it as a brake. Anyway back to the bike I've stripped it down to start a refurb and noticed the hub had Feb 1980 (80 2) on it could this be one of the earliest ones .cheers
