hi all a couple of days ago i bought 2 bikes off a old guy.one is a raleigh superbe.its in green ,with white war paint on the rear mud flaps .the bike is all steel.its near mint.it has 3 speed sturmley archer gears,and dynomo hubs.all the lights work.the old guy has all the paper work for it.wheels are the raleigh stay brite.stainless.the paper work says all weather cycle made in 1933 the frame numbers are L32288 or a bad 8 in the first number ...im trying to obtain more information about this bike can you help

iv taken it out on the road and it rides as new...the other bike is a runwell with a brooks b2 seat both bikes has war paint and war grade tyres on them and both bikes have not been touched....2 bikes 1 near mint the other only needs air in the tyres.and no buckels in the rims and i paid £20 for both..even has the large bells on them..lights that work....

the guy has also the biggest tricycle iv ever seen may be for adults?and a victorian or edwardian disabled scooter.that has a stearing wheel and leavers...to operate it....

hi i fogot to say the runwell is a ladies cycle..i have had a look on the net..the bike has a cast iron crank tube/frame tube..where the bottom bracket fits.and also numbers are cast into the iron..it was made before 1930.as 1930 they put a extra bar in the frame,and in 1927 they stoped using cast iron in their cycle frames...so the other frame joints may also be cast iron?the brooks b2 seat is stamped ladies seat so all matches

i will ask the guy...it has solid tyres on it and its has very large wheels on it so i dont think its a childs one..the brakes are rods not modern cables..its chain driven,colour is blue frame red mud guards,and you sit in the middle of the bike.peddles are in the middle not on the front wheel like kids
