BEFORE THIS THREAD IS MOVED: I have put this Topic in this section (General Chat) because it has been a "Hotbed" of controversy over on another forum.
At the request of Iain (Qwerty500) on Custom Cycles I am posting this to ALL forums that have anything to do with Choppers.
I Just wish I didn't have to shell out the £3:50p to prove that it was what it was........
I received the "DVD" and as soon as I did, I reproduced it the best that I could, although the sound can be a bit iffy in places (probably most of it, as it wasn't brilliant to start with). I'm certain YouTube will yank it at some point (breach of copyright or some such), so WATCH IT WHILST YOU CAN.
The style of filming is, well, more like that of a "video camera n00b" than that of a true amateur. There is not really that much in the footage, VERY LITTLE of the cruise or of the "Concourse" (why won't it let me spell that properly? bloody red underlining!!).
All the cycles entered in the Chopper competition are in the video..............what footage there actually is of that, no results footage either!
Most of the people partaking in the cruise were in it (most when going out, less when coming back)
Anyway, Enough of my B.S, here is the "Vid" (if it can be called that.
To be honest, I think the guy has brass balls to sell this quality of video, it is absolutely appalling!! I can do better filming work when I'm Pi$$ed and I have proven it TWICE!
BTW, does "Sisman" and "Ninth Ave" ring any bells with anyone??
I THINK, that Jake B might have caught the S.O.B selling this dvd on video using his "Rear mounted" camera..................... Catfood (or is that kitty litter? hehe) was certainly close by them at one point, talking about Gaz hughs's megaphone.......
I'll leave it to everyone to give there opinions on how good/bad/ugly/bloody awful/disgustingly poor the video is.
Hey, at least YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY TO WATCH IT now........... I paid for it for you and my wallet is still screaming blue murder!!
Tell you what, if anyone fancies "sponsoring" me, I am willing to do a "Proper" filming session next year and put the regular footage on Youtube and supply DVD's (with extra footage) to those who want one.
Sound O.K. to everyone?
