newbie with an old grifter ..advice

hey all newbie here

ive had a solid blue colour grifter sinse i was a child , tried to preserve it all these years

i dont have room to store it anymore so i need to either break it , sell as is or refurb it and sell for good money

to make it really nice it needs new wheels and tyres , one pedal crank and new handgrips other than that its super tidy

are these parts avail ? would it make sense to make it right then sell it for tidy money ? or break it and sell on the good parts to keep another alive?

id really rather not break it , but im guessing most money to be had that way?

ok will do , needs a clean up but its all there good seat and handlebar pad , just pitted wheels and bald tyres really , mudgaurds still there
