Rebuild First bits you need are the planet cage, gears and pins Simply place the gears in the sockets and drop the pins in. Flip the cage over and get the pawls and R springs ready You will notice that there are 2 different size pawls, for this bit you need the smaller ones. This is the most tricky part of the rebuild as its a tight fit to re-insert the pawls and springs. Here is a pic showing what way they fit Now all you need to do is slip the pawl into the socket with the spring underneath. Be very careful as the springs can ping! Once fitted it should look like this Next slip the spindle through the planet gears so it looks like this, as you look at the picture the spindle goes in from the left side Clutch next These are the bits needed and when fitted to the spindle it should look like this Insert your spindle and cage into the hub Gear ring next, Much easier to fit the pawls and R springs on this bit, heres which way they go round Fitted Then screw in the ball ring Fit the drive gear next Then the clutch spring and washer Wind in the cones on the drive side next. Get the cone fully wound in then undo it half a turn. Do the other side next On the drive side slip on the lock washer, adjust the cone to suit Next fit the spacers and lock nuts Note the way the different size spacers fit (Grifters only) You're pretty much there now Attach the nuts and washers Spoke protector and associated components Fit the dust cover Spoke protector Thicker Spacer Sprocket Thin spacer Spring clip Job done! Any problems or questions, just give me a shout

i did a rebuild for someone but it turned out that the owner had overtightened the cones so it was an easy fix
