Vektar electrics trouble PLEASE HELP

Hello again you crazy kidz . I have a vektar I'm trying to restore but I'm a bit stuck on the electrics, none of them work, there's a grey wire coming from the radio connected to nothing, a blue and a green wire have come unsoldered on the handle bar lever also theres a 9v battery connector loose. Has any one got a manual, photo's or anything that may help me. Thanks
