Yes it is true , whilst i was having a week on the IOW there was a small lad there on my campsite with an orange chipper , ok nick i guess , flat back tyre(due to the kids weight) and a small chunk out of the back of the seat , i did not get a better look incase of appearing to be a kiddy fiddler ( which i am not!!!!)
