Blow torch and a hammer . If you dont want to wreck the paint just keep trying with a block of wood and a big hammer on the sissy bar. Heating it up is the best way though.

well done jojo doing my MK1 I managed to bend the frame, crack 2 welds but it was stuck good and solid after cutting mine I managed to get it out in 5 mins
