Hi, can anybody tell me the differences between a Mk1 and a Mk2 Bomber if there was any and also does anybody know when the earliest Bomber left the factory? Thanks

Mk1 bombers have plastic chainguards like grifters, have cable clips for the gear cable, a round bar on the rear chainstay where the brake attaches and the early ones have a reflector bracket welded onto the seatpost. Mk2s have steel chainguards like burners, tabs and plastic clips to hold the gear cable, a flat bar for the rear brake mount. The seat design also changed, the early ones have a unique, wide saddle where as the later ones have the more narrow ones as seen on the supergrifter. Earlies Bombers I know of is 1981.

Thanks Paul, I've got a Mk1 then, the only date I've found is on the hub and it's 81-9 so could this be an early one?
