The age old question. Anyone know if there are alternative tyres to the cheng shin ones? Also, I've been trying to find a schwinn dealers as their tyres almost look right (apart from being white walls)

Fantastic Paul, might treat myself in April when its my Birthday!! They are very close, maybe not snake bellies but the walls set the wheels off properly. Need to get some pics of mine once its polished up again. I've also got the (horrible) chrome mudguards in ok condition if anyones looking for a set. A bit pitted but they polished up well. My Dad put them on and I staged a month long campaign to get them removed, they ruined the look of the bike, one of my mates said it looked like a tractor!! He had a point. :~

Yep keep the mudguards off. Theyre for rich kids and take the tough look out of the bike ;D

Nice collection Paul!!! I always wanted to get my chain guard replaced after some muppet put his heel into it when falling off (snake belly slide!!). Having trouble removing the derailleur gears, advice welcomed, although not required until the better weather.
