I bought these 2 back in early october (a fiver for the pair) dunno wot they are. planning on doing a hotrod style on the blue. They both have what looks like the olympics symbol on the decals. They have non SA american (i think??) 3 speed hubs
















The really rusty one belongs to the red and the horribly bent one to the blue


Any help on where and when these were made or and info and history on the company or model would be mush appreciated. most of the rust on the rimes is actually only surface rust.
You have to plan ahead when you are going to brake because it takes a few seconds to stop when I took the blue one to church and school.

shimano 3 speed.... nice....

universals are pretty poor bikes realy... or at least they were when they existed.. around mid 80s to late 90s early thous......

personally the whole unloved thing just makes em more appealing... should be realy cool with the ratrod/hotrod look... you on ratrodbikes? google it... great site should give you loads of ideas

I think Ive had a few of those. Thought they were horible so stripped them for parts.
some times see people messing with them on the readers other modifications, on the Retro rides.org website.
I had those forks and a 3 speed shimano hub on my fake chopper. found it easier to set up than a worn SA hub.
got Shimano hubs on my Puch Minisprint and my Huffy sportsman.
