South of England Classic Motorcycle Show

We rode along to the South of England Classic show at Ardingly showground today.

The show is always teeming with old brit classics and seemingly more Indians than Custer ever saw!

I took some pics of interesting stuff both in the show and out in the car park. Not as much variety this time sadly but heyho, some gems were there nonetheless.

I missed getting a pic of the bloke taking a pic of my fork gaiters on the GSX.

Wish I'd gone but we ended up clearing the garden up instead
I love the KH400, Z900 and Z650
I used to have an XS750 triple, sounded lovely after I'd did the crank and rebuilt the engine but it ended up going on freecycle to make room in the garage

Yeah there was an XS750 in decent nick there, it's in the kh400 pic.

Folk used to call them "Plastic Tridents" but I liked 'em too.

You should buy up one of those Ural sidecar outfits cheap, Dave and fit a diesel motor to run on biofuel. ;D

Some fantastic bikes. I particularly like the BSA. Reminds me of a Bantam Motorcross I had as a kid. Sold it to my brothers mate after languishing in bits in the garage for a few years. I think he still has it.

never noticed that ! It was the same colour too
Mine had done 27k before it had worn the crank, apparently that engine was notorious for it.
Ural and sidecar with diesel conversion sounds an excellent idea, you've got me thinking
