well here's my early MK2 in it's current state and a far cry from when i first restored it. It has adjustable handlebars, MK1 Brake levers, MK1 front wheel with dimple rim and hub with oil hole, mk1 brake callipers, Steel spoke protector and it should have a MK1 shifter lever, barrel knob and cover sticker, but i mistakenly replaced these in the first restoration so these will be returned during the coming resto as well as a couple of other things that should not have been replaced.... It also needs narrow reflector pedals which are like rocking horse poo to find !! At presentt not only needs a damn good clean, but a nice new coat of paint. its a bit of a patch work finish at the moment due in no small part to the rear part of the frame from behind the seat post getting a recoat after some severe paint damage during storage. As soon as my MK1 chopper is finished, this is getting a respray !!! I have tried to capture 3 distinct representations of colour tone and strength with these photo's, not so sure i have, but at least i tried !
