 This is a rear brake stay from a bomber, for the life of me I cant work out who someone has put a bolt through it. What purpose could it serve??? |

only thing i can think is that its put there to stop it crushing up (like packing) for some reason (could have been a very heavy rider down a very steep hill  ) or its some kind of stop/spacer  |
