Right Kids............
First Saturday in October.............the 3rd.
Conker Classic.
Northampton.
Beers, Bikes and Conkers............lots of the afore mentioned plus some off road and some crusing around.......

cool...yep.......I've dug up another frame, not sure if it's rudge or raleigh...............it has the r lamp bracket......is that rudge?
It's just frame and forks, but it has really nice brake mounts.......I'll get some shots soon I promise!

next weekend kids.................... still no real idea of what's happening, apart from Ale Bikes and Conkers........I'll come up with something though........... anyone near enough to Northampton should come along and have some fun! |

The First Saturday in October is The ABC of fun, Ale, Bikes and Conkers. First Conker to 100 wins the coveted CC Trophy, currently held by Paris Hilton.......so we need to sort that out....Ale will be consumed during the day whilst playing with conkers, bicycles will be used as transport for conker gathering and between venues and to get us to some sort of eatery in the evening.
Ok, so we now have a venue, to be announced closer to the time, those travelling great distances, or those wanting to collect conkers should meet at the shed at 12, everyone else can turn up at the venue for about 2pm when the conkering will start in earnest.
Please note that this is a World Championship Event (In the past we have had people from Dudley, Warrington and Swanage in attendance) so world class sportsmanship and ale drinking are high on the list of appropriate etiquettes for the day. Having said that, cheating, especially in the event of Paris Hilton gaining a good lead is highly encouraged.
