While restoring the commando i have had to endure the stress of threading the cables through the frame so was wondering how everyone else goes about catching the cable as it were.
I tries some old brake cable to act as a loop , and then i made a small hook out of it .
But i have fashioned a tool ( as you do) , its a spoke that has been turned at the top to make a hook that is strong enough to not only snag the cable but also to pull the thing out of the frame .
