unfortunately, (or fortunately, depending on your opinion) that is my 1955 4door deluxe series 2 minor, with 1098 engine, gearbox, back axle and brakes. along with a rusty roof and a busted fuel gauge and track rod end.

its a bit broke at the mo, but i love it, split-screens are the best. bought it for that very reason, its a bit more old fashioned than the curved windscreen ones.

True, i go to a lot of classic car shows and on the morris stands i always make a bee line for a split screen when i see them, it shows a time when glass moulding was in its infancy, as you know they could not manage the curvature of the screen at the time so they had to split it in two, same thing with the eraly V Dub campers, they started with split screens for the same reason.... you have a nice car. one to be proud of.....

love it wanted one since i was four. a near lifelong ambition to own one. she will be looked after. i might invest in laminated glass to replace the triplex toughened. and i must get round to fitting seat belts too
