Here is my £30 Ebay Vektar. I collected it from Birmingham, pumped the tyres up,fixed the back brake and tightened the handle bars and it was good to go! Even the gears work! I would be interested if anyone can provide any info on Vektars as they seem a bit of a myth. All I know is they were very expensive when new and therefore not that successful, but what are they? Burner? Wildcat? or just a one off. Anyway its back in working order and although its not complete YET I intend keeping it and having some fun.(although I am 6ft 3 and 39years of age ). This is when we picked it up,my son is holding it thinking he has a new bike! Well we will share it when he's tall enough.

No he can ride it though even though he's not six for another three weeks, think I may have to keep an eye on him!! I have been riding it up and down the street though and getting some funny looks from the neighbours!

If i were your kid i would fake some tears and chase you down the road shouting "daddy give me my bike back" that would get the neighbours talking!

Ha Ha I better not give him any ideas. He's got three bikes already and he wants a BMX for Christmas (Burner of course).
