Can I ask, why would you strip a perfectly good bike, and then sell it for parts?

Happens all the time mate, its a sad fact that these classics can be worth more in parts than complete. Theres a lot of greedy gits on ebay stripping bikes for profit, i tend to steer clean as most of there parts are sh*te! (there never as described)

Probably the reason ive got too many bikes.. I refuse to break em. Dont see the point in restoring it just to tear it appart again..

I suppose you could say some bikes only exist today because of parts off another bike but i certainly wouldn't restore a bike to mint just to break it up for spares!
