thought it was quite good, would look hard but everyone has their own opinion. just a wee suggestion thats all I don't want to cover the chrome frame in paint though, it looks too nice as it is

yes the chrome does look nice, but if u had a knackered old frame that was full of scratches rust and paint then... call me a noob but I didn't realise it was chrome

yeah it's the old superchrome frame thats normally wrapped in black and sliver plastic. Similar to the Super Burner Paul had stripped the frame already, I've just got the forks to do

After a lot of faffing and eventually getting a bottom bracket conversion kit from ebay it's semi-working I chose to put the 3 chainring crank on in the end now just got to work out how to do the cable for the front mech as the maverick one was made for bare cables and the there's no tabs on the frame for that

Well the bottom bracket conversion didn't work, the shim I put in has killed the caged bearings. Got a 2 ring cottered crank and bottom bracket coming to swap over. Should sort this problem out for good then

Cottered bottom bracket spindle turned up today, so greased it up and stuck 11 loose bearings each side and some big gobs of grease. Stuck now as I'm waiting for jaz to get me some cotter pins Need to extend the chain again as the larger chainring is bigger than the maverick one ( 52 teeth as opposed to 42 teeth ) New rat traps from waz will go on as well
