Big screwdriver for the twistgrip mate and 4 x 2 for the handlebars. Stick the wood in a vice and place the forks on the wood and twist (it may work lee) ;D

re stuck bars - i presume you've tried unscrewing the "headset bolt" a little bit and whacking it with a big hammer - this worked for me on some stuck bars ;D nice looking grifter by the way!  |
