my eagle eyes spied this last week - the rear wheel could be used for another boxer 3speed transformation! although not sure yet....

it is indeed! (missing one of the cotter pin ones though) the rnuts and most of the chrome looks like they would clean up pretty nice

as mushroom suspects i have been reliably informed that it is a dynohub - haven't seen one of these in the metal before, the centre of the hub doesn't rotate - very strange, no idea how it works, but apparently this one does! will post up a close up pic at some point?

You will find the spindle is like a rear one with flat edges. this is so the whole hub dont rotate

curiouser and curiouser! how does it generate the electricity for the lights? i remember the dynamo i had as a boy was a wheel attached to the frame that rubbed on the tyre and used to slow me right down!! this one doesn't seem to have any noticeable "drag"
