it is a marina cabriolet, but as Wazza says it of may be made by a company called Crayford conversions.

It's called a Mumford Marina. I think I'm right in saying that Crayford did a prototype out of a Marina TC. Then a company called Mumford based in the South West took it on from there and produced about 70 examples. This one was recently found in a Garden in London and is undergoing a full restoration. Apparently it originally belong to Linda. There's more info on www.fastmarinamagazine.comI think Old skool posts on there.
